ITIA STUDENT VISA CHECKLIST:
- Student Visa Application Form completed, signed
- 2 resent Passport-Sized colour photographs
- NZ$250 student visa fee ( if you would like send by school, extra NZ$10 courier fee)
- Medical or Chest X-ray certificates (valid 36 months)
- Police Certificate (valid 36 months)
- Got a print out of the last 3 months of transaction of all your bank account (Provide explanation for
every over NZ$1,000 transactions) - Got a current(less than 7 days old) bank statement dated AFTER paid the Tuition fees with sufficient
funds NZ$1250 per month - Offer of Place
- Attendance letter
- Academic Transcript (Tertiary students only)
- Previous student performance and progress letter (Language students only)
- Tuition Fee Receipt
- Passport
